GAIL Gas Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of GAIL (India) Limited (A Maharatna PSU) and was incorporated in May 2008 for the smooth implementation of City Gas Distribution (CGD) projects under the Companies Act, 1956. It is a leading City Gas Distribution Company, which is poised to accelerate City Gas Distribution business in various cities across the nation.

Gail Gas Limited is launching application for DPNG (Domestic Piped Natural Gas) customer registration, documentation collection, document verification, Updation of various status of execution part like extra piping estimation, Meter & GI installation, RFC status, generation of JMR & Updation of GAS In. The main users of this application shall be DMA & LMC (Direct Marketing Agencies & Last Mile Connectivity) agencies/contractors of GAIL Gas.

DMA is a Direct Marketing Agency who shall manage customer acquisition process i.e. registration and document collection/verification.

LMC is the execution agency which shall provide Last mile connectivity to consumer and carry out site feasibility, extra piping estimation, Meter & GI Installation, RFC Status updated & manage Gas In process.

This application is designed and developed to capture (on real time basis) various elements of Customer Acquisition and execution work for providing gas to DPNG consumers. This will help in digitisation of process.
This application is used by only designated contractor’s staff/agent members by GAIL Gas Limited.

GAIL Gas Limited’s SAHAJ - DMA & LMC (Direct Marketing Agency & Last mile connectivity) Application is never publicly disclose any personal or sensitive user data related to financial or payment activities or any government identification numbers.

SAHAJ – DMA & LMC Application Steps:
• Authenticate agents login in application
• Designated agents visit customer’s house
• With customer approval (who require Pipe Natural Gas Connection) agents collect customer basic information and requirement documents for customer registration process.
• Designated agents will complete information and upload document on customer house and complete registration process.
• Collects device location purpose to ensure that collected information and uploaded document from the customer house only.
• Designated agent accept Security Deposit Payment thru cheque and DD.
• Our backend team is verify customer information and uploaded document.
• LMC contractor agents complete application steps from feasibility study, extra piping estimation, Meter & GI installation, RFC status, generation of JMR & Updation of GAS In.
